MatterFirst is a practice management platform built for law firms and professional services teams in Australia. It connects matter management, workflow automation, document intelligence, client communications, and billing into one system — so your team stops switching between tools and starts moving faster.

How MatterFirst is structured

The platform is organised around matters. Each matter has contacts, documents, tasks, key dates, workflows, and billing — all connected. When something changes in one place, everything else updates automatically. Workflows drive tasks, automations handle the repetitive work, and the AI reads your documents so you don't have to.
