## Eligibility and deadline

Available to the first five suitable Australian law firms with 1–20 users that receive written acceptance and sign their agreement by 31 December 2026, whichever limit is reached first. The deadline is 11:59:59 pm Australia/Sydney time. An application or demo booking does not reserve a place.

## Benefits

### Agreed onboarding and included migration

Migration is included for all new firms within the scope agreed in writing before signing. Founding 5 also includes agreed onboarding.

### 90 days of base platform fees waived

Your selected plan's base platform fee is waived for the first 90 days from the agreed production go-live date. Its normal included users and monthly AI allowance are included.

### Founder-led implementation

Work directly with the founder on an implementation scheduled by agreement, including January 2027.

### 24-month price guarantee

Solo, Practice and Firm monthly base and extra-seat rates are fixed at acceptance for 24 months from go-live, including the 90-day base-fee waiver. Switch between these plans at your locked rates; the AI allowance follows your selected plan.

### Monthly, with cancellation available

After the first 90 days, your selected plan's agreed monthly fee applies. You can cancel before paid billing begins or during your monthly subscription. The price guarantee is not a 24-month commitment.

### No review or publicity requirement

No testimonial, case study or positive review is required to receive the offer.

## Separately payable

- Extra seats beyond your selected plan's included users are payable during the free period and afterwards at your locked extra-seat rate.
- Additional AI usage beyond the normal monthly allowance is payable at the published MatterFirst usage rates. The price guarantee does not cover AI usage rates.
- External provider charges and external migration or export costs are separately payable and are not covered by the program or price guarantee.
- Migration and onboarding cover the agreed written scope. Scope changes require written agreement before work begins.

All prices are AUD excluding GST. These are today's catalogue rates; your agreement records the rates fixed at acceptance.

Tell us about your firm through the demo form, then choose a demo time.

### Agree the fit and scope

We assess your workflows and migration needs, confirm the included work and record your plan and extra-seat rates.

### Accept and sign

Written acceptance and a signed agreement by the deadline secure your place, subject to the five-firm limit.

### Choose your go-live

Agree the implementation schedule and production go-live date. Both the 90-day fee waiver and 24-month guarantee start at go-live.
